Sitting on the Earth

Sitting on the floor, on the ground or even on the earth when outside is a very grounding action leading to the balance of non-action. Let those thoughts slow down and stop the analysis. Attention lives without thought you know, so just let that attention of yours be as it is, pure and there with you. If your bring your attention down to the point where you are sitting, where the ground meets you, you will be bale to feel the connection of your root to the greath earth below. Just moving the attention to that point and letting it settle there absent of thought is a good practice. What I am doing here is writing about doing that, which moves through me thinking about doing that. Actually going outside to do this is different, I will have to turn the computer off and take my attention to this assembledge.
